The two games will make their debut in 2022 in the form of a board game, with the game debuting on Kickstarter and the TTRPG being released to retailers OSRS Gold. The games will take inspiration from experiences, characters and locations from RuneScape's long and rich 21-year-old history. the board game accommodating between one to five players on quest-based adventures through Gielinor.
They'll make and improve their equipment, improve their character cooking special recipes, interact with NPCs and test their skills traveling through different parts around the globe. They will also encounter various exciting side quests that will distract and entertain them on their way.
The TTRPG will include a gorgeously illustrated, hardback, core book that includes rules for players to play a RuneScape tabletop role-playing game where they are able to create personal characters. They can discover Gielinor and create unique and thrilling quests. The TTRPG books's foundation is perfectly compatible with fifth edition ruleset of the roleplaying tabletop games.
