They provided wireless mics with windshields (super important outdoors!) and directional speakers that focused the sound toward the guests instead of getting lost in the open space. The setup guy even tested everything to make sure voices weren’t drowned out by background noise. Definitely ask the rental company if they offer setup services—it makes a huge difference. What’s the guest count for your wedding? The number of people can also affect how sound travels!
